This is a 40-item Emotional Intelligence Test (EIT) adapted from Mohapel P. (2015). This scale measures EI around four dimensions, i.e., self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. The theorization and operationalization of this scale is based on Daniel E. Feldman (1999)'s work.
