The concept of Love Quotient (LQ) has emerged as a novel approach to understanding and enhancing interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, and leadership capabilities within various contexts, particularly in organizational settings. LQ focuses on the capacity for love, empathy, and self-awareness, extending beyond traditional measures like IQ (Intelligence Quotient) and EQ (Emotional Quotient). Following Jack Ma's conceptualization of LQ, a 15-item LQ assessment is developed to assess one's LQ around three sub-dimensions, i.e., Inner Child/Self (Emotional Self-Awareness and Resilience), Conscious Self (Empathy and Interpersonal Effectiveness), and Higher Self (Visionary and Purpose-Driven Leadership).
